Top Tips - Implementing Giglets in your School
Here are our top tips for ensuring successful use of Giglets in your school.
It’s important that each school has a Giglets Lead. The Giglets Lead can support staff with Giglets use and liaise with the Giglets team to ensure successful school implementation.
Giglets Leads can set up teachers, pupils and classes to use Giglets. They can do this on the admin side of Giglets by selecting the cog in the top right of the screen. This means that everyone can log in and explore right away.
Arranging a staff training session is very important to ensure that all staff are confident navigating and using Giglets.
After training, most teachers like to get to know Giglets with their class. It’s important to then come together again as a staff and ensure there is a clear, shared understanding of how Giglets will be used across the school.
It’s important to discuss regularly. Include Giglets in your staff meeting agenda, share successes and navigate any challenges together.
