How do I reallocate pupils to other classes?

To move learner accounts from one class to another, or to add them to multiple classes, follow these steps:

1. Log in to Giglets using your school code, username, and password.

2. Select the cog in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

3. Select Admin from the dropdown menu.

4. Select Pupils from the menu bar and then Allocate pupils.

5. Locate the pupil(s) you wish to reallocate. You can filter this list by class.

6. Use the Select classes option (next to each pupil's name) to choose which class they should be removed from and allocated to. Alternatively, you can select multiple pupils and use the multiple add and remove panel at the top to remove them from a class and/or add them to another.
